I would like to refer one of my patients onto SHaRON

To refer someone onto SHaRON within Berkshire, please see below:

I would like to refer myself onto SHaRON

SHaRON does not accept self referrals, you would need to be a patient within a service that is using SHaRON to be eligible for access onto SHaRON.

I have been referred to SHaRON but am having problems with my sign in. 

  • Resetting your password will generally fix all log in issues, this may require more than one attempt.
  • Please ensure that no additional spaces are included in the password.
  • Signing up to SHaRON will involve you receiving 3 emails.
    • In the second email, you are required to click a link to validate your email address. Please ensure you click this as you will not be successful in signing up otherwise. 

I have read the above and still cannot access SHaRON

The service associated with your SHaRON is responsible for answering further log in queries. 

The service activates new members Monday - Friday, normal working hours only. Over long bank holidays, this could mean up to 4 days. If you have waited longer than 4 days, please contact the appropriate service.
